For example, I had to put snacking\/junk food limits for each day instead of snacking the whole day. In the first week, I allowed myself 3 servings of junk food daily (I mostly like chocolates!). But then discovered with every day passing that I don&#8217;t need all those 3 servings anymore. Then one. And I kept that one serving allowed till today because dieting isn&#8217;t about depriving yourself of foods you love. Instead, it is about <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/health.usnews.com\/health-news\/blogs\/eat-run\/2015\/09\/21\/what-does-eating-in-moderation-really-mean\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>eating<\/strong> <strong>in moderation.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;2. Then, we&#8217;ve got exercise<\/strong> \u2013 no need to go all-out gym rat if that&#8217;s not your jam.
